This is staging, not the live publication. It is stopped when nobody is using it, so the 1 GB server can give all of its memory to datapointdaily.co.ke.
To wake it: push to the staging branch. It comes
back on its own in about three minutes, with whatever you just pushed.
It goes back to sleep after an hour with no visitors.
